i am 5'3 and 130lbs, instructions said this product's for overweighted persons. technically i am not overweigth(I've gained 15 pounds since i came to U.S. T-T, i have to loss weight) so i didnt expect to loss too many. I've been using this for half a month, i did research and knew there would be lots of oil if i ate more than 15g of fat each meal! so i was well prepared! after taking it for 3 days, i didnt see much oil, so i began eating regularly like cake, milk, snacks, chocolates, big meals such as hotpot, ect. i eat whatever i like in order to see more oil, i never felt hungry since i really ate rapidly!i have NO exercise at all! then after another 10 days, i found myself lost 4 pounds!!!!!wahahah!!!

I have been taking Alli for two weeks now and have lost four pounds. I have had ZERO side effects because I not exceeded my fat and calorie intake. Alli is the perfect product for me because I have no self control when it comes to food. Alli definitely keeps me on track. There have been many times when I have craved a big juicy cheeseburger but I can't give in because I know I will have side effects if I do. This is a fantastic product. I'm a medical student currently and I can attest that this stuff really does work - it will, though, as has been stated, produce liquidy stools with increased fat content of meals. The reason for this is that Orlistat inhibits pancreatic lipase (a protein that breaks down fat in the diet so your intestines can absorb it) but if that fat cannot be broken down due to Orlistat's effects, then it will have to come out your back end. That's why it produces "oily discharge" as oil is made up mainly of fat (lipids). I have noticed, though, that many people complain of having a large appetite. This is where I empathize as I am hungry all the time. The point is, it requires self-control (something I see MOST of my patient's lacking). If you hate being overweight find an accountability partner and control what you eat/exercise. People seem to think that because they have a craving, they should indulge it. I don't and I weigh 185lbs. If a killer has a craving to kill someone else, should he/she do it? NO! If you have a craving that will substantially lower your life expectancy, should you indulge it? You get the picture and the point it, no matter how pharmacology progresses, there will never be a magic pill that completely resolves the issue. I hear so many excuses it hurts: my thyroid, my hormones, my metabolism, my family, my parents, my stress, my kids, my husband/wife - all are blamed for something that isn't their problem. The problem 99% of the time is with a choice that is being made. As my father says, we make time for what we love, and this is not exception. Use this drug to help, but realize that without lifestyle changes, it will do nothing to prevent bad choices.

I cannot believe you requested a review from me after the "Hellacious Experience" you put me through. My monies were grabbed from my account immediately on 3/16/10. I was then told the delivery would be 3/22/10, which, on previous orders was about right. Then, on 3/22/10, when I inquired where my delivery was...they said it would be delivered on 3/29/10. Again. in attempting to follow the tracking...there was no information.I called on numerous occasions and got the same "canned" responses...no assistance. I called the post office, where they said it was delivered, and no package had arrived by the FedEx contractor who normally brings the Amazon deliveries. Again...my 10th call and countless email inquiries...finally someone helped..Jean. She said the company did not have the product...it was on backorder...I asked why the lies...she did not respond, but did say that she would return the monies to my account. I asked her why a company that calls itself "Number One Customer Centric" lied so intently...she did not respond, but to say I'm sorry...and I did believe her because she was the only one, out of countless, that helped.
