I purchased this I-Vibe from a local store about 6 years ago and I am only now needing a replacement but only due to moving quite a bit and it is a little worse for wear because of that. This little vibe is great! Like others have said the vibration is very intense. I would keep plenty of AA batteries around though because once it really gets low it is pretty much useless. The lower the battery power, the lower the vibration. The little tip I took off after a while because I really prefer the smoothness of the metal balls on the top. I own several other vibes in the both the in and out variety but I have to say this is the best as far as clitoral stimulation and really any other stimulation. I travel with this and it is tiny so I can stick into my purse or carry on so no embarrassing things happen. LOL. The I-Vibe is easy to use while being intimate with the DH also. It is a bit loud, and does not have adjustable speeds. It is waterproof, but the top can be a little annoying to clean. For the price, it isnt a bad starter vibrator. It is fairly powerful for a little vibrator, and the battery lasts quite a while. You will probably want to move to something better in the future though.

Works well - and due to medications and whatnot, I don't have the usual amount of sensation - so I need something strong or it doesn't "work" for me.



This does the trick for sure but it should be WATERPROOF...



IMHO, I think making this sort of product waterproof is really a no-brainer...



But since it's not, you have to be really careful when washing it or over a few months use (and not using it everyday or anything like that) the plastic around the top will crack - which then allows the top to *pop* off exposing the metal part whirling around inside - which can really hurt your bits (believe me, it happened to me one time!!).



I've had this happen with 2 of them - and I was extra careful after the first one "died" in such a manner... Still, it works - and it's not overly expensive, so at this point I just repurchase when the current one "dies". :-)

Edit Update: The controller case recently broke in half and I had to glue it back together but the motor still works.



This is a powerful little unit, almost too powerful. It's construction is cheap which gives you the feeling that it will break easily with use, and that in itself detracts from the pleasure of it since one is constantly being careful not to pull out the wire from the power unit or the vibrator itself, hence the price. The dial control seems to go from intense to frantic with little more than a soft breeze and it does not click into an on/off position. On the plus side it does have a red light on the controller so it can be easily found in the dark.



If you like or need lots of vibration this is a great product. I bought this for solo use so couples beware of the possibility of pulling a wire or jostling a connection loose during use.
