While the various speeds and quiet motor make for a great vibrator I have to say the size of it puts me off wayyyyy off. I've tried to use it on numerous occasions and am always put off by the size of it.

I've purchased a few toys in the past and they were fine, but this is by far my favorite. It has a nice strong vibration, though I wish the battery life was a little longer, since the vibrations get a bit sluggish after a few uses. Aside from that it's the perfect size and pretty quiet. It's been awesome since I got pregnant and sex is a bit intimidating to my husband who doesn't know what to do with the belly. The bumpy surface feels nice and it can be used both for thrusting or just for stimulation. I'd recommend it to any girl who needs a little something to tide them over! :)

I've always been more of a manual duty guy myself. I'm not into letting machines do my work for me.It makes me feel more alive that way. For instance I like driving cars with a manual stick shift rather than an automatic transmission. I'd rather swing an axe than a chain-saw. And in this matter too, I've always been one to take matters into my own hands. I suppose I have been ever since I was a lil' stinker and my uncle Stu taught me a few tricks up at the isolated family cabin in Michigan.
But when I saw how beautifully sculpted this sonic tooth brush was, I just couldn't resist. Look at it, it's a thing of beauty, almost erotic in its presentation. I saw it and it moved me deep inside, and that's more than any appliance has ever done for me, even my Juiceman Jr. Plus, how cool is it to brush your teeth with SOUND! Wow my teeth have never been cleaner. Seriously, my room mates are starting to complain about my tooth brushing sesions lasting 4 and 5 hours now. But I can't help it.I come away from each tooth cleaning feeling not merely fresh-mouthed, but positively stimulated all over. It's almost as if this device was designed with deep pockets of soft, sensitive tissue in mind. I'm not sure why the word Pearl is in the title, but it must have to do with getting your teeth pearl-white.
I'd like to see some turned out with characters painted on them. They do something similar with children's toothbrushes that have Spiderman or Dora or Cinderella on them. Encourages the kids to brush more often. Well Mother is a huge(400 lbs.) Rosie O'Donnell fan whose dental hygiene is somewhat lacking and I sure would like to give her a version of this with Rosie's encouragingly confused and vaguely hostile face molded right on the front. I'm sure she'd squeal with delight!

This Doc Johnson Silent Vibrations Vibrator is definitely the strong, silent type, but it's BIG as well. If this is what you're looking for, you'll be happy. Otherwise, you'll find its uses more limited, as I did. I've made this 2:12 video so that you can actually see the vibrator and decide if it is right for you. It is tastefully done and shows just the vibrator...so it's a PG-rated review! I hope it helps you to make a buying decision.
