I ordered this as a smaller attachment for the strap-on harness I recently purchased. It fits well into the harness and the size is a perfect "intermediate" size for my man. It does emit a strong odor right out of the package, but most of these toys do. The absence of ridges, twists or graduated thicknesses actually make it perfect for anal play.
